How coaching works:
* Generally, you can expect that we will have three individual coaching sessions each month, with quick check-ins by phone and email in between.
* Sessions can be either one-on-one, in small groups, or a combination of both
* Sessions can be in-person, by phone, or a combination of both throughout the month
* Our experience has been that some clients make changes quickly, but learning how to sustain positive changes takes time. If you are newly diagnosed, we generally suggest a three month commitment to begin the coaching relationship, although you are free to terminate at any time with a full refund for any sessions paid for in advance.
* Together, we will decide which session structure will be most helpful for you. Therefore, fees vary. We will discuss this during your free initial consultation.
* A sliding scale is available for coaching fees, as we believe that
everyone should be able to access the assistance they need to achieve
better health and well-being. We can discuss the fee structure during our initial free consultation.
