                       * Complete an on-site, thirty-point assessment determining their ability to
                          welcome guests/patients/students with dietary restrictions
                       * Establish goals to address areas of weakness based on this assessment
                       * Obtain training for employees covering all aspects of food allergy, intolerance,
                          and sensitivities, with particular focus on hidden sources and avoiding cross-
                          contamination
                       * Develop a written plan for safely welcoming guests/patients/students that is
                         posted and reviewed regularly
